And with the negetive fear factor buildings, i used them in 2 ways: First,yes,to bost the economy (i found out that even if you have -5 fear factor and no + popularity, it would still be over 60 and some time went into the 50s). Second i just thought it would go nicely with his rat like personality.

I took a fire ballista and set fire to his marketplace. It immediately went up in flames, along with the barracks. Since the marketplace is weaker, it fell down first.
