I have just bought and added to my collection this Solton (Ketron) Arranger Plus,a very ultra-rare professional auto-arranger unit from 1984. It has 37 keys to play chords and bass lines and can also work on the first two octaves of a connected MIDI keyboard. It comes up with 64 preset rhythms and 128 arrangements which can also be expanded with 3 optional eproms with 40 styles each for a total of 184 rhythms and 368 arrangements ready to play. All drums sounds are PCM recorded, while bass, chords and arpeggio voices are all analog.

There is an organ section with 3 flutes that can be superimposed over the accompaniments. Here I'm playing it without connected keyboards, so, is only possible to play accompaniments without melodies. I'm sorry for some distortion into recordings but I suppose that it is caused from dust inside the instrument. I have to open and clean it! Thanks for interest!

Came as part of another unit and whilst I love the product and the sounds, I don't use auto arrangement backings anymore. Those in the know, know how advanced this product was when it came out some 10-12 years ago (not sure of exact manufacturer date) Everything seems to work fine.

CONDITION - It is in pretty good condition, no broken keys, all keys play fine and all the buttons work as far as I have been able to ascertain. However, the black paint seems to have suffered from some break down in its consistency, and has a tacky feel, and thus some of the printing is liable to get rubbed out if attempts are made to clean it up or wipe it down in any way. This does not affect the function of the keyboard at all, but is a bit unfortunate.
