You have to be on OS version 10.0.10.261 at least for whatsapp to work. I had to install the leaked autoloader of the OS version, because non of our Carriers has pushed OS updates yet.

Right now I’m on OS version 10.0.10.648 which I also got the leaked autoloader online. So you can also do the same. If you are scared of installing a leaked OS, you can alternatively install “openwhatsapp”. It’s works exactly like whatsapp, but it was developed by a brilliant individual when whatsapp wasn’t available on blackberry Z10. It works better than the Android sideload.
